WHAT IS B3?
B3 Elite.
B3 Elite is a faith-based travel baseball program in Mt. Washington, Kentucky — a name that reflects our commitment to elite instruction, disciplined character, and developing young men who are shaped for something bigger than the game.
OUR MISSION
Grow young men in faith, character, and the game of baseball.
We use travel baseball as the classroom — but the real curriculum is Christ-centered character. Every practice, road trip, and at-bat is a chance to disciple the next generation of husbands, fathers, teammates, and leaders.
OUR VISION
A program families in Bullitt County and the Louisville area can trust.
Elite instruction, a Gospel-centered culture, and open doors — no family turned away for financial reasons. We want B3 Elite to be known for how we treat kids and opponents as much as for how we compete.
“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.”
STATEMENT OF FAITH
What B3 believes.
B3 is a non-denominational, Christ-centered program. Our coaches affirm the following core beliefs — historic, orthodox Christian teaching.
The Bible
We believe the Bible is the inspired, authoritative Word of God — our final source of truth for how we live, coach, parent, and compete.
One God, three Persons
We believe in one God, eternally existing as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit — Creator of every kid who steps on our field.
Jesus Christ
We believe Jesus is fully God and fully man, that He lived a sinless life, died on the cross for our sins, rose again, and is the only way to the Father.
Salvation by grace
We believe salvation is a free gift of God's grace, received through faith in Jesus — not something we earn by trophies, effort, or being a 'good kid.'
The Holy Spirit
We believe the Holy Spirit indwells every believer, growing us into people of character, patience, and love — on and off the diamond.
The Church & family
We believe the local church and the family are God's primary institutions for raising kids. B3 supports both — we never replace either.

HOW FAITH SHOWS UP
The weekly rhythm.
Faith isn't a logo on the jersey. It's baked into how we practice, travel, compete, and treat people.
Every practice week opens with a short scripture our coaches walk through with the team — tied to something the boys are actually facing.
Before every tournament game we circle up, name what we're playing for, and pray together — players, coaches, and any family who wants to join.
We coach the at-bat, the reaction, the teammate moment — not just the scoreboard. Effort, honesty, and respect get called out louder than results.
We shake hands. We clean our dugout. We hand the field back better than we found it. Testimony shows up in the small stuff.
CODE OF CONDUCT
How we agree to represent B3.
Every player, parent, and coach who's part of B3 commits to these standards. They apply at practice, tournaments, hotels, and online.
Players
- Show up on time, ready to work, with a coachable attitude.
- Hustle on and off the field — sprint on and sprint off.
- Honor your teammates, opponents, umpires, and coaches with your words.
- Own your mistakes; celebrate your teammates' wins louder than your own.
- No profanity, no bat-throwing, no helmet-slamming — anywhere, ever.
Parents
- Cheer for effort. Let the coaches coach and the umpires umpire.
- No coaching your player from the stands during live play.
- Address any concern with a coach 24 hours after the game, in private — never in front of players.
- Represent B3 with kindness toward opposing families, host sites, and staff.
- Get your player to practice and games on time and communicate early when you can't.
Coaches
- Teach the game and disciple the boys — in that order, every practice.
- Speak to every player with the tone we'd want a coach to use with our own kids.
- No public correction that shames a player. Coach hard; coach clean.
- Live above reproach on social media, at the field, and in every parent interaction.
- Serve the family and the local church — B3 exists to support both, not compete with either.
Violations are handled directly and privately by the head coach and the founder. Repeated or serious violations may end participation in the program.
