Quick answer
B3 Elite is a faith-based, nonprofit travel baseball program based in Mount Washington, Kentucky (Bullitt County). It fields 7U, 8U, 9U, and 10U teams, practices in the Mt. Washington area, and plays weekend tournaments across the Louisville metro. Tryout dates are posted on the events page, and families can reach the program at (502) 500-1776 or b3elitebaseball@gmail.com.
Mount Washington families have watched travel baseball turn into an arms race — bigger fees, longer drives, and rosters stacked so deep that half the kids watch from the fence. B3 Elite was started here in Mt. Washington to do the opposite. Practices stay local so a Tuesday night does not eat the whole evening, rosters stay small enough that every player develops, and the coaching staff is made up of dads and volunteers from Bullitt County who know these kids off the field too.
Weekend tournaments take us across the Louisville metro — Bullitt, Jefferson, and Spencer counties and nearby Kentucky and Indiana parks — but home is Mt. Washington. Players from Shepherdsville, Hillview, Taylorsville, Fern Creek, and Jeffersontown fill out our rosters every season.
7U Travel Baseball
Coach pitch to machine pitch. First taste of tournament weekends, heavy focus on throwing mechanics, base running, and playing multiple positions.
8U Travel Baseball
Machine pitch into kid pitch. Hitters learn to time a live arm, infielders learn footwork and force plays, everyone learns how to lose an inning and come back.
9U Travel Baseball
Full kid pitch, 46/65 diamond. Pitching counts, lead-offs and steals, situational hitting, and real defensive alignments.
10U Travel Baseball
Competitive kid pitch. Deeper pitching staffs, two-strike approaches, and preparation for 11U/12U travel ball and middle school tryouts.
Every practice week is tied to a verse, and every player, parent, and coach signs the same code of conduct. We are not trying to be a church — we are trying to send boys home better teammates, better sons, and better competitors than they were in March.
